At TheMothershp, we’re reimagining how we understand and support the emotional needs of children—a mission that’s deeply personal to me. Growing up in foster care, I know firsthand how life experiences shape who we become. My journey has been filled with both challenges and resilience, and it’s driven my passion for creating change within the child welfare system.

Now, as a mother, I feel a powerful responsibility to help children and families facing similar challenges. This dual perspective—as a former foster child and a parent—fuels our work at TheMothershp, where we’re building Selena, an AI-driven cloud platform to transform case clarity and provide deep, meaningful insights into the emotional needs of children and families.

Selena goes beyond traditional data, tapping into the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and life circumstances that shape each child’s story. By addressing critical areas like poverty, education, and mental health, we’re equipping caseworkers and families with equitable, data-driven support to help children thrive. With TheMothershp, I am determined to bring lasting change, leveraging technology and compassion to uplift underserved communities and give every child the support they truly deserve.
